Job Description:
* Manage desktop support activities performed by TAC teams in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Panama, US office and home based team.
* Enure good support through service desk and reslove 90% issues at that point
* Provide reporting on ticket statuses and ensure that prompt support is provided by TAC teams through out the organization.
* Train team for positive and polit reply.
* Train team for with think done strategy instead of just closing ticket.
* Ticket resolution SLA needs to imporve
* Tickets classification and their permanent solution finalization
* Scheduling of TAC teams. 24*7 support the resources and identification of week areas in this regard
* Perform hardware inventory, systems upgradation activity throughout the organization.
* Imporve security and make arrangement to ensure smooth audit in feature
* Perform software inventory to ensure licensing and contract validity

- Good management and reporting capabilities.
- Team management skills.
- Project scheduling and monitoring skills.
- Ability to manage resources along with shift management .
- Having knowledge about inventory management concepts.
- Ability to learn new skills and implementation of new idea.
